ROVQIX works remotely with Chicago businesses across manufacturing, logistics, insurance and B2B services, with a daily overlap covering Central mornings. Most of the work is customer portals, quoting tools and operational software rather than brochure sites.
Chicago enquiries look different from coastal ones. Less 'we need a brand refresh', more 'three people spend two days a month rebuilding this report by hand'.

In order of preference: documented API, database read replica, scheduled file export, then a purpose-built adapter.
Operational software fails on adoption more often than on engineering. We map the process with the people who do the work, build a prototype they react to, handle the exceptions rather than forcing a happy path, and train at rollout.
Running the old process in parallel for an agreed period is standard. It costs a few weeks and removes almost all the risk of a rollout going wrong.
No. We are a remote studio based in India working with Chicago clients, with Central-morning overlap and USD contracts. We will not list a virtual office to suggest otherwise.
Usually, through an API, a read replica or scheduled exports. Feasibility is confirmed during discovery — we would rather tell you it is not practical than discover that mid-build.
No, and most operational clients are not. Discovery runs in plain language, decisions are made against a prototype rather than a specification document, and training is part of delivery.
Discovery is separately priced and produces a specification you own. The build is then fixed-price against that specification, with written estimates for anything added.
